
1 cup chopped pecans
¾ cups bourbon
½ cup butter
2 lbs powder sugar
1 box (8 oz) melting chocolate. Toast nuts for extra flavor. Then, soak nuts in bourbon overnight. Cream the butter with ½ cup of the powdered sugar. Add the remaining sugar, and the nut mixture. You may need to add a little more powder sugar. Place in refrigerator to chill slightly. Form into small balls and refrigerate fo4 1 hour till firm.
